The location of this place is fantastic, situated in a clean and safe neighborhood close to an underground station, with the Kensington district being a wonderful place to stay, and we enjoyed a delicious English breakfast that was included in our rate.

Very nice, small hotel. Very warm and velcoming staff. Good size room. Very good location, with only a short walk to the Earls Court underground with three different lines and good acsess to all parts of the city. There were nice places to eat in Earls Court Road. The hotel is clean, and the bathroom is nice and practical. Aircondition worked fine. The breakfast was a little poor, but that is continental breakfast... All in all a very nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly, assisting with suggested shops and transit questions. I was so pleased to be able to check in at 9:30 Am after a long flight. Location is great yet on a quiet street, we slept very well. Breakfast staff were also very good and offered to buy more gluten free bread for us when we were running low. Excellent value.

When I arrived the lovely personnel from the hotel welcomed me and explained everything very well. The atmosphere is very nice and the hotel is located in a beautiful street with pretty houses. I got an upgrade for my room and stayed in one of the suites which were just lovely. I was very happy about that. Everybody in the hotel is exceptional friendly and I very much appreciated my stay.
I booked via Booked.net. The usual price would be too expensive for me.

The English breakfast with reasonably priced hot food options was a nice touch. We had a double room with tea and coffee, a decent full English breakfast at a reasonable cost, and a nice view.- The location near South Kensington was perfect, close to the museums and with great tube access.- The walk to the Royal Albert Hall was pleasant and only 20 minutes away.

A good location - handy for the underground (Earls Court & Kensington). In a busy area which has lots of restaurants but the hotel is located on a quiet side road. There were no big queues to check in or check out and i was dealt with quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and tea making facilities were provided when i asked for them. The staff i had dealings with were friendly and efficient. Nice to have a decent TV with plenty of channels and radio Did not have breakfast so cannot comment about this.
My room had no view whatsoever (room 2) and the window looked out at some sort of vent with airconditioning units. The bonus of this was there was no traffic noise though. The room looks about ready for a bit of an overhaul of decorating - slightly faded and peeling in places. If you are in room 2 be aware that the bath taps are the wrong way around - the one marked H is cold and C is hot. A good shower though when i had fathomed this out.
